Episode Highlights:
08:47 - It's gonna be more transparent to both the buyer and the seller. Seller's going to be responsible for X. The buyer's going to be responsible for X. It's all going to work out. It's just going to be more transparency as far as both sides knowing what's going to happen or who's responsible for what.
10:55 - There's a large population that's turning over, and more homes are going to be bought and sold. So it's going to be a really competitive market. I'm looking forward to seeing how this new lawsuit is going to shape our industry. I think it's going to be a great addition to helping transparency and weeding out those who have not taken this industry and our profession seriously.
20:06 - I've never really found something quite like Elm Grove in the way that people are committed to the community. A lot of folks grew up there. They go to college. They come back because they just realize how special it is. It's really a unique place.
